THE FIRST AND ONLY WEDDING CONDUCTED BY GOD ON EARTH HOLDS LESSONS FOR ALL CHILDREN OF GOD
Listed below are some of the practical lessons and examples believers ought to imitate and emulate from the First Wedding that God presided over:
1. The bride did not use any makeup or ornaments at all, her ears were not pierced nor were her lips, fingers and toes glossed.
2. God did not join them with any wedding bands or rings inserted into the fourth fingers of the couple.
3. God did not say "Now, the groom may kiss the bride."
3. When God sent the couple out of the Garden of Eden as punishment for their disobedience, He made only a covering for them, nothing more, just clothing, no ornaments or adornments.
4. Eve did not wear an additional weave on or hair extension to enhance her beauty on her wedding day.
So, where did we get all the demonic inventions that have become almost like divine instructions now about wedding and wearing stuffs to decorate our bodies? An evil fallen angel by the name of Azazel taught ancient women the art and craft of seductive makeup to provoke and promote sexual lust and licentiousness in men.
Jesus told the Jews in Matthew 19 that "From the beginning, it was not so..."
Well, nobody seems to care about imitating God and emulating the Bible these days, people only do whatever they see the majority doing, all in the name of being trendy.
We are enjoined to be imitators of God, as His dear children in Ephesians 5:1. This means that we are not to imitate the world around us and their fashion madness and shamelessness. We have a choice to either be contented with our natural appearance or to be contentious and covetous, always wanting to appear like Jezebel and the Great Whore of Babylon. In Revelation 19:7&8, the Bible describes the physical appearance and dress style of the Bride of Christ on her wedding day, and it is just the same as the attire of Eve on her wedding day in Genesis 2. We have turned even Christian weddings to a show of shame and a day to display nudity, the bride giving everyone an ample free view of her almost unclad chest. I remember Pastor Adeboye complaining about one wedding he was invited to in a message I listened to. He said he had to bow his head or bend his gaze so he would not be defiled by the pornographic wedding gown of the bride.
These daughters of Jezebel pretending to be Christians have turned the Holy Faith of Christ to something Muslims and Moralists ridicule and mock as The Religion That Turns Women To Prostitutes In Appearance. I just saw another bride in the news today with her bosoms almost falling out of her chest. And some foolish brother Ahab is the groom. And of course, spineless Pastor Aaron will join them in unholy matrimony.
God is watching and waiting for us all at the Judgment Seat.
It's a matter of time, people shall gulp the full content of the cup of His wrath for all endless eternity.
Please, let's go back to the Bible. It's the only Map we must consult and follow, if we would not miss the way that leads to Paradise.
Be willing to be different, to be hated, to be mocked and called Old School.
